The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable and intrusive, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the shower had disappointing water pressure, which further dampened the experience. I expected better cleanliness from a four-star establishment, especially in the bathroom.

The hotel has a perfect location on the beach with amazing views of the Bay of Bandol. The Deluxe Double Room Sea View was well-appointed with excellent facilities, including a Nespresso machine and a lighted makeup mirror, providing an enjoyable stay. The pool area was pleasant and towels were provided, adding to the comfort of the experience. Event facilities were available, perfect for business needs.

During our stay, we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets from our balcony and renown restaurant. The pool area was perfectly set up for relaxation, complete with comfortable loungers that added to our experience.

The staff service, especially at peak times, needed improvement. At times, it felt like they were overwhelmed, which led to slower service than expected.

The view from my room was very nice, watching the waves crash on the shore was something else. The pool area was nice for sunbathing, but it was frustrating that there were no drinks available, such a missed opportunity!

the beach was beautiful, but there was a half naked woman in the common area which made it awkward. the room had an awesome sea view and was very spacious. loved the pool area with comfy loungers. breakfast was fresh and perfect by the sea.
